Search Results & Additional Filters

Once you have initiated your search from the DASHBOARD, you will see the results.  You will see a Map on the left of the screen and the results of the search on the right.

There are additional Filters available on the results screen.  Here you can also adjust the filters used on the initial search. 

You will find these filters Above the Map and across the Top of the screen.  

Above the Map are the Additional Filters that can be Applied.  These Include:

- Square Footage

- Lot Size

- Taxable Value

- MORE - The below Filters will be found within the MORE option

• Number of Units
• Number of Stories
• Year Built
• Loan to Value: The ratio of the Loan Value and the Assessed Value (Loan Value ÷ Assessed Value) of a property at the time of purchase. The lower the percentage, the higher the equity.
• Loan Maturity Date
• Last Sale Price
• Last Sale Date
• Last Notice Date
• Auction Date
• Zoning Codes: Search for zoning codes by typing in the code, followed by a comma or pressing the enter key.
• Owner Names: Search for up to 3 owner names by typing in the name, followed by a comma or pressing the enter key.
• Property has not Sold
• In State Absentee Owner
• Out of State Absentee Owner

** There is a SORT function that can be applied by clicking on DISTANCE just above the 1st Property.  The ARROW to the right of DISTANCE will allow you to toggle the SORT

** SAVING A SEARCH:  You will be able to Save a Search which will allow you to save all of the Search criteria and make the Search a Selectable option from the DASHBOARD. To SAVE a search Click SAVE SEARCH

** When SAVING A SEARCH you will Enter a NAME of the Search & click SAVE

** SAVED SEARCHES will be on the DASHBOARD (Get. back to the Dashboard by clicking the LOGO in the upper left hand corner of the screen). 

** Clicking on the name of the SAVED SEARCH will apply the Search filters and take you to the RESULTS screen

When viewing the RESULTS, you will have the ability to view more details about each property as well as initiate a DIRECT MAIL CAMPAIGN, SKIP TRACE for phone numbers or DOWNLOAD the list.
